摘要
"后喻文化"时代,高校思想政治教育工作队伍信息化的建设,需要教育者在育人过程中注入"后喻文化"场域的顶层设计及实践方略,提升自身"微素养""微能力"和"微自信",打造"线上+线下"的综合配套育人模式,以合作博弈的思维模式,捕捉青年大学生的需要,实现从"单向度"到"双向度",从"填鸭式"到"沉浸式"教学方式的转变,激发青年大学生"主角"学习热情与主体责任感,重塑数字时代高校思想政治教育的话语权.高校应主动占据自媒体育人"制高点"以"四有""六要""四个引路人"为建设目标,建构"政治硬、素质高、技能强、结构优"的高校思想政治工作队伍,充分保障思想政治教育的实效性.
Abstract
In the era of"post-figurative culture",the informatization construction of ideological and political education team in colleges and universities requires educators inject the top-level design and practical strategy of"post-figurative culture"field into the process of educating students,improve their own"micro-literacy","mi-cro-ability"and"micro-confidence",create a comprehensive education mode of"online+offline",and adopt the thinking mode of cooperative game to capture the needs of young college students.Realizing the transforma-tion from"one-way"to"two-way"and teaching methods from"cramming"to"immersion",stimulating young college students'"protagonist"learning enthusiasm and main responsibility,and reshaping the discourse power of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the digital era.Colleges and universities should take the initiative to occupy the"commanding heights"of we-media education,with"four","six"and"four guides"as the construction goal,and construct the ideological and political work team of colleges and uni-versities with"hard politics,high quality,strong skills and excellent structure"to fully guarantee the effective-ness of ideological and political education.
