基于AT89C52单片机的自动存取线柜的设计

针对电类专业实训课常用的蓝、绿、红、黑线混淆放置,乱扔乱放,难找拿错,耗时等问题,提出以AT89 C52 单片机为控制核心,利用颜色传感器、称重传感器采集线的颜色、数量和长度,通过单片机处理后,控制电磁开锁、电机正反转即存取线、存储存取线记录和显示当前工作状态;利用温湿度传感器采集柜体内的温度和湿度,当柜体内温湿度超过设定值时,蜂鸣器报警并自动电磁开锁散热通风.键盘用于选择线的颜色、数量、长度和常用功能键.当存取线的颜色、数量和长度与键盘输入线数量不一致时产生蜂鸣器报警.通过测试,系统满足以上功能.
Design of Automatic Storage and Retrieval Wire Cabinet Based on the AT89C52 Single Chip Microcomputer
In response to the common problems of mixed placement of blue,green,red,and black lines,littering,difficulty in finding and taking the wrong ones,and time consumption in practical training courses for electrical majors,this paper proposes using the AT89C52 microcontroller as the control core,using color sensors and weighing sensors to collect the color,quantity,and length of the lines.After processing by a single chip computer,it controls electromagnetic unlocking,motor forward and reverse rotation,i.e.access lines,storage access lines to record and display the current working status;uses temperature and humidity sensors to collect temperature and humidity inside the cabinet,when the temperature and humidity inside the cabinet exceed the set point,the buzzer alarms and automatically electromagnetic unlocks for heat dissipation and ventilation.The keyboard is used to select the color,quantity,length,and commonly used function keys of lines.When the col-or,quantity,and length of the access lines do not match the number of keyboard input lines,a buzzer alarm is generated.Through testing,the system meets the above functions.
