Practical Teaching Reform and Practice of Fruit Trees Cultivation under the Background of New Agricultural Sciences
Fruit Trees Cultivation is a core course for undergraduate students majoring in horticulture,which has features such as highly technical specialization,rapid development,multiple contents and strong practice.Practical teaching is an important part of the course,including experiments and internships,and occupies an im-portant position in the whole teaching process.Combined with the objectives of the construction of new agricul-tural sciences and the requirements of the comprehensive reform of the undergraduate curriculum of Gansu Agri-cultural University,the problems in the practical course of Fruit Trees Cultivation are targeted to enhance the higher-order nature and innovativeness of the course by optimizing the teaching scheme and content,tapping into the ideological and political education in curriculum and diversifying the assessment etc.,to a large extent,it improves the practical hands-on ability of students,and at the same time,it also cultivates the teamwork and in-novative thinking ability of students,stimulates the independent learning ability of students,and significantly im-proves the teaching effect.
