Research on the Cultivation and Improvement of Digital Literacy of Ideological and Political Teachers in Colleges and Universities in the New Era
As the core literacy of future teachers,digital literacy is the key factor for the implementation and innovation of digital transformation in teacher development.This paper systematically reviews the main standard-ized documents on teacher's digital literacy around the world,analyzes the focus of teachers′ digital literacy re-search from three aspects:digital literacy connotation,cultivation logic and practical dilemma,and finally focu-ses on the three major obstacles to the implementation of digital application ability of ideological and political teachers(insufficient digital teaching design ability from"fragment separation"to"micro delivery",lack of dig-ital teaching implementation ability from"cold electric irrigation"to"warm drip irrigation",and from"results-focused thinking"to"data-focused thinking")and then this paper proposes to reconstruct the classroom teaching structure of"three micro-coupling",create a"three-dimensional penetration"learning interaction mechanism,and construct a"three-in-one"academic file evaluation system to improve the digital literacy of teachers,so as to provide a reference for the cultivation and practice of digital literacy of ideological and political teachers in col-leges and universities in the new era,and promote the digitization,normalization and long-term effect of teach-ers′professional development.
