摘要
森工林区地域相对独立,人口众多且分布广泛,为林区职工思想状态的多样性、复杂性提供了多种可能.随着天保工程的实施和国有森工林区深化改革不断推进,在经济转型发展形势下,林区职工思想发生很大的改变,做好林区的思想政治工作和意识形态领域方面的工作,对确保黑龙江省平安龙江建设和保质保量完成我省"十四五"规划具有深远的历史意义.
Abstract
Forestry industry areas are relatively independent in terms of territory,large population and wide distribution,which provide a variety of possibilities for the diversity and complexity of the ideological state of for-est workers.With the implementation of the Tianbao project and the deepening reform of the state-owned forest industry and forest areas,under the situation of economic transformation and development,the ideology of forest workers has changed a lot,and it is of profound historical significance to do a good job of ideological and politi-cal work and ideological work in the forest areas to ensure the construction a safe Heilongjiang Province and the completion of the"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"of the province in terms of quality and quantity.
