Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation of Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability and Its Enhancement Strategies in Anhui Province
The scientific and technological innovation capacity directly affects the quality of economic devel-opment and people's living standards within a region.Technological innovation capacity is the result of the inter-play of various factors.This article constructs an evaluation index system from aspects such as technological inno-vation input,output of technological innovation achievements,and government support for technological innova-tion,using the entropy method to assess the technological innovation capabilities of 16 cities in Anhui Province.The results show that from 2017 to 2021,the level of technological innovation in Anhui Province was relatively low;R&D personnel,invention patents,and scientific papers were the main factors affecting the varying levels of technological innovation in different areas.Going forward,it is necessary to further tap into the regional ad-vantages in scientific and technological resources,explore cooperation in technological innovation between enter-prises and external entities,and promote the industrialization of scientific and technological innovation outcomes.Optimizing policies for technological innovation will enhance the level of scientific and technological innovation in Anhui Province.
