摘要
利益联结机制是推动农村三产业融合可持续发展的关键,完善的利益联结机制能有效兼顾农村三产各经营主体的利益,有利于促进农村一二三产业融合的发展和稳定.试探究农村三产业融合利益联结机制内涵及运行机理,分析当前农村三产业融合利益联结机制面临的问题,通过提升新型农业经营主体整体水平、构建利益共同体,健全利益联结方式、完善利益联结保障机制等一系列做法,完善农村三产融合利益联结机制,解决农业产业化面临的问题.
Abstract
Interest linkage mechanism is the key to promote the integration and sustainable development of rural three industries,and a perfect interest linkage mechanism can effectively take into account the interests of various management subjects in rural three industries,and it is conducive to promoting the development and sta-bility of the integration of rural primary,secondary,and tertiaty sectors.The paper explores the connotation and operation mechanism of the benefit linkage mechanism of rural three industries integration,analyzes the current problems faced by the benefit linkage mechanism of rural three industries integration,and improves the benefit linkage mechanism of rural three industries integration through a series of measures such as improving the overall level of new agricultural business entities,building an interest community,perfecting the benefit linkage mode,and improving the benefit linkage guarantee mechanism to solve the problems faced by agricultural industrializa-tion.
