Research on the Training and Selection System of Engineering Talents in Colleges and Universities in China
With the rapid development of technology and the continuous optimization of industrial structure,the cultivation and selection of engineering talents are particularly crucial.This article aims to deeply explore the current situation,existing problems,and causes of the training and selection system for engineering talents,and propose appropriate optimization strategies,in order to provide useful references for the training and selection of engineering talents in China.Through research,we hope to build a more scientific,fair and efficient engineering talent training and selection system,and provide solid talent support for the country's scien-tific and technological innovation and industrial development.
