Risks and Countermeasures of Digital Transformation of Rural Ecological Environment Governance
The digital transformation of rural ecological environment governance aims to enhance the efficiency and quality of ru-ral ecological environment management,achieve precise decision-making,and promote information sharing and public participation.This paper analyzes and points out that in the process of digital transformation of rural ecological environment governance,the gover-ning bodies may face the following risks:firstly,the risk of digital formalism,manifested as trace management,electronic bureauc-racy,and virtual achievements;secondly,the risk of intelligent bureaucracy,manifested as technological dependence,algorithmic discrimination,and a decrease in decision-making flexibility;thirdly,the risk of government big data barriers,manifested as data lonely islands and fragmentation,data security threats,and limited data governance capabilities.Based on the characteristics and manifestations of the different risks,this paper proposes targeted countermeasures.
