Under the sharing economy model,the number of employees in new forms of business has surged,but the occupa-tional injuries of these groups have not been effectively relieved.To this end,in view of the common problems of occupational injury protection that have been carried out in pilot cities,the design is carried out around the insurance scope,method,recognition condi-tions,and treatment level of occupational injury insurance for employees in new business formats,so as to realize the comprehensive construction and high-quality development of the occupational injury insurance system for employees in new business forms under the sharing economy model.
