摘要

为了适应数字化时代的教育需求,提升高校体育教学质量,促进学生身心健康全面发展,有必要建立数字赋能高校体育教学评价与学生身心健康发展联动机制.该机制通过利用数字化工具优化体育教学评价体系、建立大学生身心健康监测与预警机制、推动深度融合以及构建联动平台等实施路径,实现了教学评价与学生身心健康发展的有效联动.

Abstract

To meet the educational demands of the digital age,improve the quality of physical education in higher education,and promote the comprehensive development of students'physical and mental health,it is necessary to establish a mechanism that links digital empowerment of physical education evaluation with students'physical and mental health development.This mechanism achieves effective integration of teaching evaluation and students'physical and mental health development through the implementa-tion of digital tools to optimize the physical education evaluation system,the establishment of a monitoring and early warning system for college students'physical and mental health,the promotion of deep integration,and the construction of a linkage platform.
