Research on Teacher Training Path of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Universities and Colleges in the New Era
Under the education background in the new era,the rapid development of application-oriented undergraduate univer-sities and colleges have put forward new challenges and requirements for the professional growth of teachers.Based on the analysis of the professional development needs of teachers in application-oriented undergraduate universities and colleges in the new era and the comparative study of teacher training modes at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the training path that adapts to the growth of teachers in the new era.This path emphasizes the combination of training content and teachers'practical work,emphasizes the concept of teachers'continuous self-renewal and lifelong learning,analyzes the phased characteristics of teachers'professional de-velopment,and proposes strategies such as the establishment of diversified training resource platforms,the implementation of per-sonalized growth planning and the creation of an open and inclusive training environment.
