The ideological and political work of college teachers in the new era faces many new challenges and opportunities,and it needs to solve many new problems to better adapt to the needs of the times.The construction of scientific,systematic and effi-cient practice system is an important part of the ideological and political work of university teachers in the new era.This paper aims to explore the construction method of the practice system of college teachers'ideological and political work in the new era.Systemat-ically combing the present situation and existing problems of the construction of the practical system of ideological and political work of university teachers,combining with the development needs of the new era,this paper puts forward the important theoretical basis,guiding ideology,basic principles,contents and methods of the construction of the practical system of the ideological and political work of university teachers in the new era so as to provide reference for the further improvement of the ideological and political work of college teachers.
