Ideological and political courses are the key courses to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality,and the key to solidly promote the pilot work of the comprehensive reform of"three comprehensive education".In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education reform in sports dance and promote the comprehensive development of students,this study focuses on exploring the significance of the ideological and political teaching reform of the sports dance course,analyzes and finds out the current situation of the ideological and political teaching reform of the sports dance course,and puts forward the optimization path from the aspects of clarifying the curriculum objectives,highlighting the concept of educating people into the ideo-logical and political elements,skillfully using teaching methods,making good use of teaching evaluation and strengthening the teaching team,so as to provide reference for cultivating high-quality talents who are responsible for national rejuvenation.
