Research on the Intervention Mechanism of Psychological Capital of Poor College Students from the Perspective of Microsystem
This paper is based on Alderfer's ERG theory,to explore the psychological capital of poor college students,and from the perspective of Bronfenbrenner's Microsystem,putting forward feasible suggestions on improving psychological capital level of poor college students in higher vocational colleges,aiming to provide new ideas and new ways to higher vocational college students'ideal faith education poverty and mental health education.The results of psychological capital questionnaire show that gender has a significant influence on the total score of psychological capital and self-efficacy,that is,the overall level of male psychological cap-ital,especially the self-efficacy,is significantly higher than that of female.Family economic situation has a significant impact on both hope and optimism.Therefore,there is an effective way to improve the ideal and faith education and mental health education of poor college students to explore the path to improve the level of psychological capital of poor college students from the perspective of microsystem,and to draw the concentric circle of psychological education in colleges and universities by the way of school leader-ship,and it has a far-reaching impact on building a harmonious campus culture,promoting educational equity and overall social progress.
