高支模体系施工影响因素安全性评价研究

为合理评估高支模体系施工过程中结构的安全性,在分析不同高支模事故原因并对现有文献及规范标准进行整理的基础上,确定了高支模体系安全施工影响因素包括设计方案、现场施工、安全管理三大基本事件,以及各个基本事件下的诸多因素.基于层次分析法建立高支模体系安全施工影响因素评价模型,确定指标的权重,运用模糊综合评价法对某高校新建工程高支模体系开展综合评价,确定该项目中的高支模安全等级.最后,运用Abaqus对该项目的高支模进行屈曲分析,验证该项目的高支模工程的安全稳定性.计算表明:现场施工比设计方案和安全管理重要,占比分别为0.4719、0.2218和0.3062,诸多影响因素中的材料选择重要程度最大,为0.1738;本项目的高支模安全模糊综合评价结果为89.55,即很安全.
Research on Safety Evaluation of Influencing Factors of Construction of High Formwork Support System
In order to reasonably evaluate the safety of the structure during the construction of the high formwork support sys-tem,on the basis of analyzing the causes of different high formwork support accidents and sorting out the existing literature and norms,the influencing factors of the safety construction of the high formwork support system were determined,including the design scheme,on-site construction and safety management,as well as many factors under each basic event.Based on the analytic hierar-chy process,the evaluation model of the influencing factors of the safety construction of the high formwork support system was estab-lished,the weight of the index was determined,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to carry out a comprehen-sive evaluation of the high formwork support system of a new project in a university to determine the safety level of the high formwork support in the project.Finally,Abaqus was used to perform buckling analysis on the high formwork of the project,and the safety and stability of the high-support formwork of the project were verified.The results show that on-site construction is more important than the design scheme and safety management,accounting for 0.4719,0.2218 and 0.3062,respectively,and the material selec-tion is the most important among the many influencing factors,which is 0.1738,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result of high formwork safety of this project is 89.55,that is,very safe.
