基于BIM的住宅装配式装修部品模块设计

针对住宅装配式建筑装修部品管理效率低、制造运维成本较高的问题,提出一种基于BIM的住宅装配式装修部品模块的设计方法.研究基于BIM技术,结合遗传算法进行参数优化,通过射频识别(RFID)标签、物联网技术以及区块链技术确保装修部品模块全生命周期的数据跟踪及信息安全;结合某住宅装配式工程进行实际案例分析,将基于BIM的设计方法及传统的ISM方法进行对比.实验结果表明:基于BIM的装修部品模块设计方法的质量评估结果均能达到92%以上,制造效率稳定保持在94%至96%的范围内,传统的ISM方法质量评估结果在82%至86%之间,制造效率在79%至82%之间.相比之下研究用方法在保证装修部品质量及制造效率的前提下,能够显著降低制造成本.
BIM-Based Modular Design of Residential Prefabricated Decoration Parts
In order to solve the problems of low management efficiency and high manufacturing and operation and maintenance cost of residential prefabricated building decoration parts,a design method of residential prefabricated decoration parts module based on BIM is proposed.Based on BIM technology,the parameters are optimized in combination with the genetic algorithm,and the da-ta tracking and information security of the whole life cycle of the decoration parts module are ensured through radio frequency identi-fication(RFID)tags,Internet of Things technology and blockchain technology;combined with the actual case analysis of a residen-tial prefabricated project,the BIM-based design method is compared with the traditional ISM method.The experimental results show that the quality evaluation results of the BIM-based decoration parts module design method can reach more than 92%,the manufac-turing efficiency is stable in the range of 94%to 96%,the quality evaluation results of the traditional ISM method are between 82%and 86%,and the manufacturing efficiency is between 79%and 82%.In contrast,the research method can significantly reduce the manufacturing cost under the premise of ensuring the quality and manufacturing efficiency of decoration parts.
