摘要
结合自行车在使用过程中所面临的结构、动力学、振动等问题,在SolidWorks中建立桁架三维模型,在HyperWorks中建立桁架的结构模型和谐响应模型,通过Isight集成多学科优化,选用非线性序列二次规划算法(NLPQL)进行梯度优化。优化结果表明,在满足约束条件的情况下使桁架总质量下降8.131%,达到了整体轻量化的目的。
Abstract
To solve the the structure problems, dynamics problems, vibration problems existing in the applied process of bicycle,this paper establishes three-dimensional truss model in SolidWorks ,and establishes the structural model of truss in HyperWorks and harmonic response model. NLPQL is selected to realize gradient optimization based on Isight. The optimal results show that the whole weight of total truss mass decreases 8.131%under the constraint conditions.
