为研究交替极径向磁力联轴器在运行时各部件的温度分布状况,在理论分析的基础上,确定了该磁力联轴器的热源、导热系数及散热系数.通过有限元分析软件对其进行了温度场分析,得到了交替极径向磁力联轴器整体及各部件的温度分布状况,为该类型磁力联轴器的设计奠定了一定的基础.
Magneto-thermal Coupling Analysis of Alternating Pole Radial Magnetic Couplings
In order to study the temperature distribution of the components of the alternating pole radial magnetic coupling during operation,this paper determines the heat source,thermal conductivity and heat dissipation coefficient of the magnetic coupling on the basis of theoretical analysis.The temperature field analysis is carried out by means of finite element software,the temperature distribution of the whole alternating pole radial magnetic coupling and each component is obtained,which lays a certain foundation for the design of this type of magnetic coupling.
