基于预防性维修策略的设备故障预测技术研究

目前企业预防维修的方式大多为固定周期维修,不能准确地预测故障发生时间及概率,容易出现设备过度维修和欠维修的情况.针对以上问题,通过预防性维修策略对设备的故障维修数据进行分析,构建了更符合实际的基于可靠性的混合故障率演化模型和预防性维修策略模型,利用MATLAB对模型进行优化后求解.某军工企业机加生产线的实例分析证明,该方法能够准确地对设备进行可靠性预测和故障预测.
Research on Equipment Failure Prediction Technology Based on Preventive Maintenance Strategy
Currently,most preventive maintenance methods for enterprises are fixed cycle maintenance,which cannot accurately predict the time and probability of failure occurrence,and can easily lead to equipment over maintenance and under maintenance.In response to the above issues,this paper analyzes the fault maintenance data of equipment through preventive maintenance strategies,and constructs a more practical hybrid fault rate evolution model and a preventive maintenance strategy model based on reliability.MATLAB is used for optimization solution,and an example analysis is conducted on the machining production line of a military enterprise,which verifies that this method can accurately predict the reliability and failure of equipment.
