针对炼钢厂筛网堵塞难以清理的问题,在下层筛网增加了顶针结构.文中对筛网的传动结构和运动结构进行了分析,为筛网旋转机构和筛板的运动轨迹的设计参数做理论准备.利用电动机和传动结构对筛网进行驱动,带动筛网和顶针对煤料进行疏松.通过计算机模拟,可以确定筛网与顶针的运动轨迹及相应的运动方式,从而构建出电动机与连动丝杆机构的数学模型,以及它们之间的协调配置.最后利用SolidWorks软件将筛网机构的每一个组零部件精确地构建成三维结构,完成虚拟装配.该筛网机构具有结构简单、操作方便、节省劳动力的优点,适用于大规模物料过滤,可提高工业生产效率.
Improved Design of Screen Mechanism in Steelmaking Plant
To solve the problem of clogging and difficult cleaning of screens in steel mills,an ejector pin structure was added to the lower screen.This paper analyzes the transmission structure and motion structure of the screen,and theoretical preparations are made for the design parameters of the screen rotation device and the motion trajectory of the screen plate.A motor is constructed to cooperate with a transmission structure to drive the screen,and the linkage screen and ejector pin are used to loosen the coal material.We calculate the motion trajectory and mode of the screen and thimble,establish a mathematical model of the motor and linkage screw mechanism,and find out their matching mode.SolidWorks software is utilized to accurately construct each group of parts of the screen mechanism into a three-dimensional structure and complete the virtual assembly.The screen mechanism has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation and labor saving,which is suitable for large-scale material filtration and can improve industrial production efficiency.
