通过对某型轨道车辆门框的门立柱、门上横梁、门角结构进行静力分析,确定4种载荷工况下门框结构各处最大Von-Mises应力均小于许用值.该设计用T700碳纤维等代设计门框结构,并加载4种工况,等代设计结构各处应力水平均满足规范.然后对复合材料门框进行自由尺寸优化、尺寸优化和铺覆顺序优化,最终得到T700实际铺覆方案.新结构比原金属门框结构减重超35%,减重效果极为明显,为后续车体换装使用碳纤维复合材料零部件提供了参考.
Design of a Certian Electric Train Door Frame Based on Carbon Fiber
Through the static analysis of a type of rail door frame door column,door upper crossbeam,door corner structure,this paper determines that the maximum Von-Mises stress at each place of the door frame structure under four load conditions are less than the allowable value.In this design,the door frame structure will be designed with T700 carbon fiber equivalent and loaded with four working conditions,and the stress levels at all parts of the equivalent design structure meet the specification.Then the free size optimization,dimensional optimization and cladding sequence optimization are carried out for the composite door frame,and finally the actual cladding scheme of T700 is obtained.The new structure is more than 35%lighter than the original metal door frame structure,and the weight reduction effect is extremely obvious.The design provides a reference for the subsequent car body change to use carbon fiber composite parts.
