基于ANSYS的深低温下拉伸试验机仿真分析

针对金属材料在真空深低温环境下拉伸力学性能测试的问题,设计了一种可用于真空深低温环境下的拉伸试验机.该试验机整体内置于真空仓内,以G-M二级制冷机为冷源,采用热传导的方式为样品制冷.为验证装置的可靠性及安全性,采用有限元分析软件对装置进行了强度分析.同时,为保证试样能实现深低温条件,采用有限元分析软件对试样进行了稳态热分析.仿真分析结果表明,该装置结构设计合理,试样温度能满足要求,为装置的设计提供了理论支撑.
Simulation Analysis of Tensile Testing Machine at Deep Low Temperature Based on ANSYS
Aiming at the problem of tensile mechanical property testing of metal materials in vacuum deep low temperature environment,a kind of tensile testing machine which can be used in vacuum deep low temperature environment is designed.The testing machine is built into the vacuum chamber.The G-M two-stage refrigerator is used as the cold source,and the sample is cooled by heat conduction.In order to verify the reliability and safety of the device,the finite element analysis software is used to analyze the strength of the device.In order to ensure that the samples can achieve the deep low temperature condition,the finite element analysis software is used to carry out the steady-state thermal analysis of the samples.The results of simulation analysis show that the structural design of the device is reasonable and the sample temperature can meet the requirements,which provides theoretical support for the design of the device.
