现有的海带切割方式多为人工切割和传统机械切割,存在着劳动强度大、生产效率低等缺陷.对此,文中设计了一款海带自动化切割机,主要包括运输及测量机构、检测机构、切割机构和压力装置,通过各机构相互配合,实现海带的自动化切割.海带自动化切割机能有效提高切割效率、保证成品质量,为沿海地区海产品加工预处理提供了新的发展方向.
Mechanical Structure Design of Kelp Automatic Cutting Equipment Based on UG Software
The existing kelp cutting methods are mostly manual cutting and traditional mechanical cutting,which have the defects of high labor intensity and low production efficiency.In this regard,this paper designs a kelp automatic cutting machine,including transportation and measurement mechanism,detection mechanism,cutting mechanism and pressure device mechanism.Through the mutual cooperation of various mechanisms,the automatic cutting of kelp is realized.The automatic cutting equipment of kelp can effectively improve the cutting efficiency and ensure the quality of finished products,which provides a new development direction for the pretreatment of seafood processing in coastal areas.
