摘要

针对盐渍海带初加工的市场现状与发展需求,设计了一条盐渍海带初加工自动化生产线,实现盐渍海带周转箱的计数、颜色识别、在线称重、分拣等功能.详细设计了颜色识别系统、在线称重系统、分拣输送系统以及生产线控制系统.基于UG软件,完成了海带初加工自动化生产线三维建模与运动仿真,仿真结果与生产实际相吻合.

Abstract

Aiming at the market status and development needs of the initial processing of salted kelp,an automatic production line for the initial processing of saline kelp is designed to realize the functions of counting,color recognition,online weighing and sorting of salted kelp turnover boxes.The color recognition system,online weighing system,sorting and conveying system and production line control system are designed in detail.Based on UG software,the three-dimensional modeling and motion simulation of kelp primary processing automatic production line is completed,the simulation results coincide with the actual production.
