Design and Analysis of Pneumatic Circuit for Assembly Robot Based on FluidSIM
Taking an assembly robot as an example,according to the requirement of cylinder action sequence in its actual work,FluidSIM software is used to design and simulate its pneumatic circuit.According to the simulation results,the causes of abnormal cylinder action are analyzed.And the one-way roller lever valve and time-delay valve are used to eliminate the obstacle signal,and finally a pneumatic circuit that meets the requirements is obtained.
