压缩站升降系统液压装置等效接触刚度研究

在压缩站设备中的溜槽升降系统中,为了弥补原链条驱动方式的不足,将传统的链条驱动方式改进为液压驱动方式.为进一步优化液压系统的使用性能,进一步建模分析了液压缸活塞与缸筒之间及液压油的等效刚度特性.根据液压缸等效刚度模型可知,液压缸的运动过程中包括多种刚度,液压缸内液压油波动、液压缸缸筒与活塞之间的相互作用均可以通过各等效刚度反映其变化规律.在建立不同对象的接触刚度模型的基础上,进一步分析了不同参数对液压缸等效刚度的影响,为后续液压缸的选型和结构优化奠定了基础.
Research on Equivalent Contact Stiffness of Hydraulic Device in Compression Station Lifting System
In the chute lifting system of the compression station equipment,in order to make up for the shortcomings of the original chain drive method,the traditional chain drive method is improved to a hydraulic drive method.In order to further optimize the performance of the hydraulic system,the equivalent stiffness characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder between the piston and cylinder barrel and the hydraulic oil are further modeled and analyzed.According to the hydraulic cylinder equivalent stiffness model,the movement process of the hydraulic cylinder including a variety of stiffness,hydraulic oil fluctuations in the hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic cylinder and piston interaction can be reflected through the equivalent stiffness of its change law.On the basis of establishing the contact stiffness model of different objects,the influence of different parameters on the equivalent stiffness of the hydraulic cylinder is further analyzed,which lays the foundation for the subsequent selection and structural optimization of the hydraulic cylinder.
