大功率LED筒灯散热性能分析与优化

过热失效是大功率LED灯具的主要失效方式之一.文中采用流体分析软件FloEFD对40W大功率LED筒灯模型进行热分析,探讨了其散热结构的优化方向,并对比评估了蜂窝散热器、柱状散热器和翅片散热器3种模型的散热性能.研究结果表明,翅片散热器在3种模型中表现最佳,其散热效果主要受散热片厚度和间距的影响.通过优化散热器结构,可以有效提升大功率LED筒灯的散热效率,延长其使用寿命.
Analysis and Optimization of Heat Dissipation Performance for High-power LED Downlights
Thermal failure remains a critical factor affecting the performance of high-power LED downlights.This paper conducts thermal analysis using the fluid analysis software FloEFD on a 40 W high-power LED downlight model,compares and evaluates the heat dissipation performance of three different heat sink designs:honeycomb,cylindrical,and finned heat sinks.The results indicate that the finned heat sink performs best among the three models,with its heat dissipation effectiveness primarily influenced by fin thickness and spacing.By optimizing the heat sink structure,it is possible to significantly enhance the heat dissipation efficiency of high-power LED downlights and extend their operational lifespan.
