光纤线缆管理机箱结构优化设计及分析

为了解决现有冗纤机箱存在的活动光纤在维护过程中易损伤、多纤堆积缠绕及难以管理等问题,优化结构并提出一种新型的光纤线缆管理机箱.在SolidWorks中对该机箱结构进行建模及运动分析,利用光纤线缆收紧控制机构在机箱闭合及拉开过程中自动收放光纤,对活动光纤进行了动态管理,同时对盘纤路径进行了合理规划,从而保证光纤线缆在维护过程中不易折损,性能稳定.通过对新旧两种机箱结构针对冗纤质量进行应力仿真分析及对比,证实了新型光纤线缆管理机箱冗纤变形量小,强度可靠,适合在通信领域中应用.
Optimal Design and Analysis of Fiber Optic Cable Management Cabinet Structure
In order to solve the existing redundant fiber chassis existing active optical fiber in the maintenance process is easy to damage,multi-fiber pile up entanglement and difficult to manage and other problems,this paper put forwards a new type of fiber optic cable management chassis in which the structure is optimized.The structure of the chassis is modeled and analyzed in SolidWorks.The fiber optic cable tightening control mechanism is used to automatically tighten and release the fiber optic in the process of chassis closing and pulling open.The active optical fiber is dynamically managed,and the fiber path is reasonably planned to ensure that the fiber optic cable is not easily damaged and has stable performance in the maintenance process.Stress simulation analysis and comparison of the old and new chassis structure for redundant fiber weight are carried out,which confirms that the new fiber optic cable management chassis redundant fiber deformation is small,the strength is reliable,it is more suitable for application in the field of communications.
