运用有限元仿真技术,使用3种压头类型对某乘用车后车门进行抗凹仿真分析,通过对比试验数据来判断哪种压头类型更贴近试验结果,并在此压头的模型上对后车门进行结构性优化以满足主机厂的车门抗凹强度目标值,其优化方式主要是对后车门外板添加环氧补强胶片以及偏移外板内部防撞横梁位置,以提高车门抗凹能力.
Comparison and Optimization of Rear Door Anti-dent Performance Based on Finite Element Simulation
This paper uses finite element simulation technology to conduct a simulation analysis of the anti-dent strength of the rear door of a passenger car for three types of pressure heads,and then compares the test data to determine which type of pressure head is more closely related to the test results.Based on this pressure head model,structural optimization of the rear door is carried out to meet the target value of the main factory's door anti-dent strength.The optimization method mainly involves adding epoxy reinforcement film to the outer panel of the rear door and offsetting the position of the anti-collision crossbeam inside the outer panel to improve the anti-dent ability of the door.
