基于某车稳定杆台架试验仿真和路谱疲劳仿真方法对比研究

介绍了稳定杆台架试验仿真分析方法和基于路谱疲劳仿真分析方法,对比两种仿真方法的优异.在ABAQUS环境下对台架进行仿真分析,Bushing单元模拟稳定杆衬套,输入Bushing单元6个方向上的刚度模拟稳定杆衬套实际状态.基于路谱疲劳仿真分析,通过多体动力学输入的载荷谱结合单位载荷下的静态应力结果,通过疲劳耐久专业分析软件Femfat计算出其疲劳寿命.
Comparative Study of Test Simulation and Road Spectrum Fatigue Simulation Methods Based on Stabilizer Bar Bench of a Vehicle
This paper introduces the analysis method of stabilizer bar bench test simulation and fatigue simulation based on road spectrum,and compares the characteristics of the two simulation methods.Based on the simulation analysis of the bench test in ABAQUS environment,Bushing unit is used to simulate the stabilizer bar bushing,and the stiffness of Bushing unit in 6 directions is input to simulate the actual state of the stabilizer bar bushing.Based on the road spectrum fatigue simulation analysis,its fatigue life is calculated in the software Femfat by using the load spectrum and static stress results at unit load input from multibody dynamics.
