在水环境样品的检测中,汞含量的检测居于重要地位.为满足实验室高精度、高效率的检测要求及户外便携检测的需要,以SolidWorks软件为平台,设计了一款高集成性、轻量化、操作简便的液体测汞仪,针对不同的零件,使用对应的三维建模方法.通过虚拟装配与装配体干涉检查,发现并优化零部件的问题,缩短了仪器研发周期,提升了仪器核心竞争力,降低了整体研发成本.
Modeling and Virtual Assembly of Liquid Mercury Analyzer Based on SolidWorks
The detection of mercury in samples from the aquatic environment occupies an important place.In order to meet the requirements of high-precision,high-efficiency testing in the laboratory and the needs of outdoor portable testing,SolidWorks software is used as the platform to design a highly integrated,lightweight,easy-to-operate liquid mercury analyzer.For different parts,corresponding 3D modeling methods are used.Through virtual assembly and assembly body interference checking,the problems of the parts are found and optimized,which shortens the development cycle of the instrument,improves the core competitiveness of the instrument,and reduces the overall R&D cost.
