对16、25 mm厚的HG70E高强度焊接结构钢进行焊接性能分析,通过计算碳当量、冷裂纹敏感性系数等确定焊接初始预热温度.焊接试验使用等强匹配焊材,选择合理焊接参数,利用温控设备对焊接过程进行了严格温控,并对焊接接头进行力学性能测试,研究其焊接工艺性.结果表明,试验用HG70E钢材淬硬性明显,有焊接冷裂纹的倾向,在焊接前必须进行预热,严格控制焊接温度及焊后的冷却速度,能够有效地抑制冷裂及再热裂纹的出现,保证焊接质量,达到材料焊接标准.通过试验确定了合理的焊接参数,为HG70E钢焊接工艺实践提供参考.
Study on Welding Process Parameters of HG70E Steel for a 190T Mining Dump Truck
This paper analyzes the welding performance of 16 and 25 mm thick HG70E high-strength welded structural steel,and determines the initial preheating temperature by calculating carbon equivalent and cold crack susceptibility coefficient.In the welding test,the welding consumables are matched with equal strength,the reasonable welding parameters are selected,the temperature control equipment is used to strictly control the temperature of the welding process,and the mechanical properties of the welded joints are tested to study their welding process.The results show that the hardenability of HG70E steel for the test is obvious,and there is a tendency to weld cold cracks,so it must be preheated before welding,and the welding temperature and cooling rate after welding must be strictly controlled,which can effectively inhibit the appearance of cold cracking and reheat cracks,ensure the welding quality,and meet the material welding standards.The reasonable welding parameters are determined through the test,which provides a reference for the practice of HG70E steel welding process.
