Design and Analysis of Anti-falling Protection Device for High Voltage Tower Based on TRIZ Theory
In order to solve the problems of falling risk and complicated operation process in the process of climbing the electric tower to maintain the line at present,the causal chain analysis tool in TRIZ innovation theory is used to find the technical contradictions of the system and the problems existing in the operation process,and the solutions are obtained by seeking the root causes of the problems,and the functional model diagram is drawn.Through the functional model diagram,complex-field model and standard solution,the scheme is improved and perfected,and the final design scheme of anti-falling protection device for high-voltage tower is obtained after the scheme is concretized.The virtual prototype of the final scheme is built using ADAMS software,and its whole working process is simulated.The simulation results show that the designed anti-falling protection device for high-voltage tower is reasonable and stable and reliable.The development of this device is of positive significance to the development of electric power industry.
