飞机主起舱门收放作动筒由作动筒、拉杆、支架等组成,实现开关主起落架舱门、防止气流吸开舱门的功能,其中支架是主起落架舱门开启、关闭的传动部件,在交变载荷下,其耳片部位受拉、压载荷,肋板与圆柱上端面的相贯处因应力集中或强度不足易产生裂纹、裂纹失稳和裂纹扩展.文中对支架工况进行了应力云图分析,揭示了零件肋板与柱面相交处为薄弱部位,并对支架裂纹建立了故障树,通过设计、制造、使用的3个方面、9个底事件,确定了支架肋板部位最小极限余量不足、加工后肋板局部壁厚偏小是导致支架在工作中产生裂纹萌生和扩展的主要原因.为了进一步方便此类故障的分析和排查,可对主起舱门收放作动筒支架裂纹故障建立故障树,健全故障排除方案,编写飞机起落架服务保障手册,建立信息共享的起落架资源库.
Crack Fault Analysis of Actuating Cylinder Support for Aircraft Main Departure Door
The actuating cylinder of the aircraft main landing door is composed of actuating cylinder,pull rod,bracket,etc.,which realizes the function of opening and closing the main landing gear door and preventing air from sucking open the door.The bracket is the transmission component for opening and closing the main landing gear door.Cracks,crack instability and crack propagation are easy to occur at the intersection of the floor and the upper face of the cylinder due to stress concentration or insufficient strength.This paper carries out the stress cloud map analysis of the working condition of the support,revealing that the weak part is the intersection of the floor plate and the cylinder surface,and establishing a fault tree for the cracks of the support.It is determined that the main causes of crack initiation and propagation are insufficient minimum limit margin and small local wall thickness of the ribs after machining.In order to further facilitate the analysis and troubleshooting of such faults,the fault tree can be established for the crack failure of the actuator support of the main hatch door,the fault troubleshooting plan can be perfected,the aircraft landing gear service support manual can be established,and the landing gear resource database with information sharing can be established.
