Structural Synthesis and Optimization of the Hydraulic Loader Working Device
Structural synthesis and optimization of the 11-link 2-DOF the hydraulic loader working device are studied.First,the representations of the single-color and bicolor topological graphs of planar multi-loop kinematic chains together with multi-color topological graphs of planar multi-loop mechanisms are introduced.Second,based on the atlas databases of planar 11-link 2-DOF kinematic chains,the synthesis method of the hydraulic loader working device is presented,and 35 single-joint and 35 multiple-joint mechanisms for the hydraulic loader working device are synthesized respectively.Moreover,the schematic diagrams of the obtained mechanisms are sketched according to the structural characteristics of the hydraulic loader working device.Third,the optimal selection principles of hydraulic loader working device are proposed,and 18 mechanisms which can be used for designing hydraulic loader working device are obtained.Finally,based on an innovative mechanism designed for the hydraulic loader working device,a virtual prototype model is established to simulate the actual working conditions of the hydraulic loader,and the practicability of the innovative mechanism of the hydraulic loader working device is verified.According to the research on structural synthesis and optimization method,a new idea for the development of innovative mechanical engineering equipment with independent intellectual property rights is provided.
