六棱柱模块化可展开天线索网结构设计与分析

为更好地研究天线索网结构对展开态形面精度的影响机理,针对六棱柱模块化天线构型,提出一种六边形索网结构高精度几何设计方法.首先,根据支撑结构特点、工作波段及天线形面方程等参数,开展了天线索网构型设计,建立了形面精度与索长、索段等分数间的参数化模型,并基于机器人学齐次坐标变换理论,建立了考虑悬垂效应的边界节点数学模型;其次,以实际应用工程案例作为比较,对上述模型进行了验证,并在六棱柱单模块样机上对索网结构进行了实物研制,对误差进行了分析与研究;最后,开展了多参数影响分析,研究了展开口径、抛物面方程、网格密度等参数对形面精度的影响规律.研究结果表明:索段实测绝对误差均值约为4.9 mm,相对误差均值约为3.38%,实测值与理论值吻合良好;索网形面误差减小的趋势随着索段密度的增加相对变缓;采用增大反射面焦距、降低天线口径等方式可有效改善索网精度.该研究可为后续索网结构找形分析、形面精度调整及同类天线索网结构的研究等提供借鉴与参考.
Design and Analysis of Cable Net Structure for Modular Hexagonal Prism Deployable Antenna
To better investigate the influence mechanism of cable net structures on the accuracy of the deployed antenna surface,a high-precision geometric design method for a hexagonal cable net structure is proposed for a hexagonal prism modular antenna configuration.Firstly,based on the characteristics of the support structure,operating frequency band,and antenna surface equations,the cable net configuration design is conducted.A parametric model is established to represent the relationship between surface accuracy and cable length,segmentations,and other fractions.Furthermore,employing the theory of robotics homogeneous coordinate transformations,a mathematical model considering the sagging effect of boundary nodes is developed.Secondly,practical engineering cases are used for comparison to validate the above models.A physical study of the cable net structure is conducted on a hexagonal prism single-module prototype,and errors are analyzed and researched.Finally,a multi-parameter impact analysis is carried out to investigate the influence of aperture size,parabolic surface equation,mesh density,and other parameters on surface accuracy.The research results show that the mean absolute error of the cable segments is approximately 4.9 mm,and the mean relative error is about 3.38%,with good agreement between the measured values and theoretical values.The reduction trend of cable net surface error becomes slower as the cable segment density increases.Effective improvements in cable net accuracy can be achieved by increasing the focal length of the reflecting surface and reducing the antenna aperture.This research provides valuable insights and references for subsequent shape-finding analysis of cable net structures,adjustments of surface accuracy,and research on similar antenna cable net structures.
