针对复杂技术系统中隐性冲突数量多、隐性冲突参数间存在复杂关联性,导致求解过程繁琐的问题,提出了一种复杂技术系统隐性冲突求解路径规划方法.首先,基于需求分析和功能失效分析方法进行隐性冲突的系统化识别,并将识别出的隐性冲突应用元素-名称-量值模型(Element-name-value,ENV)进行标准化表达.其次,将隐性冲突分为两类,针对第一类隐性冲突,基于层次分析法(Analytic hierarchy process,AHP)计算隐性冲突的权重,从而确定其求解路径;针对第二类隐性冲突,通过建立复杂技术系统的功能-行为-结构网络,应用PageRank算法计算网络节点重要度并排序,确定该类隐性冲突的求解路径.最后,综合两类隐性冲突的求解路径,规划获取隐性冲突的最优求解路径,并应用发明问题解决理论(Theory of inventive problem solving,TRIZ)工具快速解决.以TZG 9 3/4-140S铁钻工为工程案例,验证所提方法的可行性和有效性.
Path Planning Method for Solving Implicit Contradiction for Complex Technical System
Aiming at the problem that the number of implicit contradictions in complex technical systems is large and the complex correlation between implicit contradiction parameters leads to the cumbersome solution process,an implicit contradiction solution path planning method for complex technical systems is proposed.Firstly,implicit contradictions are systematically identified based on need analysis and functional failure analysis,and apply ENV(Element-name-value)model to standardize the identified implicit contradictions.Secondly,the implicit contradiction is divided into two types.For the first type of implicit contradiction,the weight of implicit contradictions is calculated based on AHP(Analytic hierarchy process)to determine the solution path;For the second type of implicit contradiction,a function-behavior-structure network of complex technical systems is established,and the PageRank algorithm is used to calculate and rank the importance of network nodes,and the solution path for this type of implicit contradiction is determined.Finally,by synthesizing the solution paths of the two types of implicit contradictions,the optimal solution path is planned to obtain the implicit contradictions,and the TRIZ tool is applied to solve it quickly.Taking TZG 9 3/4-140S iron roughneck as an engineering case,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified.
