基于田口法的比例电磁铁极靴结构优化研究

比例电磁铁作为比例阀中最关键的电-机械转换器,其位移-力线性度的优劣直接影响智能液压系统的精度,但是目前现有的比例电磁铁普遍存在位移-力线性度差、比例转换精度低等问题.针对此类问题,以比例电磁铁位移-力线性度为优化目标,结合田口法开展优化设计研究.首先,建立比例电磁铁输出电磁力数学模型,明确位移-力特性与极靴结构参数的映射关系.其次,基于衔铁4个典型位置下(0、d/4、d/2、d,d为衔铁行程长度)不同极靴结构参数的输出电磁力数值解,采用田口法得到所研究比例电磁铁关键结构参数的最优组合.最后,加工比例电磁铁样机,对比优化前后位移-力线性度的方差.结果表明,优化后的比例电磁铁位移-力线性度相比于优化前提升15.56%,验证了仿真模型的正确性和研究方法的可行性.研究成果对智能液压系统用比例电磁铁电磁性能的提升具有重要的指导意义.
Study on Structure Optimization of Proportional Solenoid Pole Shoe Based on Taguchi Method
Proportional electromagnet acts as the most critical electro-mechanical converter in proportional valve.The intelligent electro-hydraulic control system accuracy depends on the displacement-force linear level.However,the proportional electromagnets generally exist the problems of poor linearity of displacement-force and low accuracy of proportional conversion.To solve such problems,the displacement-force linearity of proportional electromagnet is taken as the optimization objective and carried out in combination with Taguchi method.Firstly,the mathematical model of the output electromagnetic force of the proportional electromagnet is established,and the mapping relationship between the displacement-force characteristics and the structural parameters of the pole shoe is clarified.Secondly,based on the numerical results of the output electromagnetic force of different pole shoe structure parameters at four typical positions of the armature(0,d/4,d/2,d,d means the armature stroke length),the optimal combination of the key structural parameters of the proportional electromagnet is obtained through Taguchi method.Finally,the prototypes of the proportional electromagnet are manufactured,and the variance of the displacement-force linearity before and after optimization is compared.The results show that the displacement-force linearity of the optimized proportional electromagnet is increased by 15.56%,which verifies the correctness of the simulation model and the feasibility of the research method.The research results provide significant guidelines for electromagnetic performance improvement of proportional electromagnet used for intelligent hydraulic systems.
