基于分层控制的线控制动系统压力控制策略

线控制动系统作为自动驾驶车辆的关键执行部件,其安全性和响应精度直接影响车辆的运行安全.为满足系统安全性要求,线控制动系统通常具备两套独立的建压单元以满足单点失效下的建压能力.柱塞泵式建压单元具备结构简单、成本低的特点,成为线控制动系统中广泛采用的构型.为保证柱塞泵式建压单元在温度干扰影响下的压力控制稳定性和精度,提出一种考虑线圈温度估计的分层式压力控制策略.首先,建立柱塞泵式建压单元传热模型和液压模型;其次,在系统压力状态可观和不可观状态下分别采用递归最小二乘法和开环方法估计线圈温度;最后,设计基于滑模控制器的系统压力分层控制策略.台架试验结果表明,所提出的温度估计器在不同测试工况下估计误差小于8℃,在相同控制策略下引入温度估计器将有效提升压力控制精度,所提出的分层式压力控制策略在正弦、脉冲和三角目标压力时均可实现压力跟随.
Pressure Control Strategy for Brake by Wire Systems Based on Hierarchical Structure
As the key actuator of an autonomous vehicle,the safety and response accuracy of the brake by wire(BBW)system directly affects the safety of the vehicle.To meet its safety requirements,the BBW system usually has two sets of independent pressure supply units to meet the pressure building capacity under single point of failure.The plunger pump type pressure supply unit has the characteristics of simple structure and low cost,so it is widely used BBW system.To ensure the stability and accuracy of pressure control under the influence of temperature disturbance in this kind of pressure supply unit,a hierarchical pressure control strategy is proposed with the consideration of the temperature estimation of the coil.Firstly,the thermal model and the hydraulic model of the pressure supply unit are developed.Secondly,a recursive least squares(RLS)method and an open-loop method are used to estimate the coil temperature when pressure states of system is observable and non-observable respectively.Finally,a hierarchical pressure control strategy based on a sliding mode controller(SMC)is designed.The bench test results show that the estimation error of the proposed temperature estimator is less than 8 ℃ under different test conditions,and the introduction of the temperature estimator under the same control strategy will effectively improve the pressure control accuracy,and the proposed hierarchical pressure control strategy can achieve pressure following at sinusoidal,pulsed and delta target pressures.
