Interactive Design and Knowledge Transfer Research of Product Easy Disassembly for Multi-stage Recycling Needs
Designing products with better recyclability, low carbon emissions and economy, and effectively responding to green trade barriers is one of the key factors for future products to achieve carbon neutrality, resource conservation and recycling in the life cycle. The traditional easy-to-disassemble design research emphasizes the introduction of easy-to-disassemble design criteria, ignores the influence of multi-level recycling requirements on design goals, and has problems such as poor synergy and interaction between conceptual and detailed design process and multi-level recycling requirements and their scenarios, rough knowledge use,and low design efficiency.Based on the product design requirements and multi-level recycling requirements, this paper constructs the product easy-to-disassemble design process framework for the conceptual design and detailed design stages, carries out the correlation analysis of easy-to-disassemble structures for the multi-level recycling strategy of parts, forms an easy-to-disassemble modular structure through structural clustering, constructs an interactive design-evaluation model and easy-to-disassemble evaluation system for different design stages, and discusses the easy-to-disassemble design knowledge push strategy, key technologies and system development for multi-level recycling needs. The design case of dishwasher products verifies the feasibility of the method.
