多翼瞬态差速展开机构设计与动力学参数优化

针对空间机构对少驱动多输出及快速作动需求,提出了单驱动多翼瞬态差速展开机构,具有瞬态响应、单输入、多输出、过程差速、同步到位的特点;分析了在火工驱动下,机构瞬态运动,机构参数对各曲柄输出到位冲击及机构传动效率的影响;为解决不同输出运动过程中相互干涉问题,实现多输出差速运动、同步到位,确定了上曲柄输出与左曲柄输出运动角位移约束条件,同时,以降低火工驱动下各曲柄输出到位角速度与提高展开机构整体传动效率为优化指标,对差速展开机构进行参数多目标优化;分析并求解了优化后的展开机构动力学特性及各曲柄输出角速度变化,结果显示不同曲柄输出可实现差速同步到位;对比了参数优化前后的机构指标,优化后的机构展开到位时间、到位能量冲击等都有明显改善;搭建了多翼瞬态差速展开机构样机进行实验测试,将实验获得各曲柄输出角速度与所建立动力学模型求解结果进行对比,验证了动力学模型的合理性及机构的可行性.
Multi-wing Transient Differential Deployment Mechanism Design and Optimisation of Dynamic Parameters
For the demand of space mechanism for less drive,more output,and fast action,a single drive multi airfoil transient differential deployment mechanism is proposed,which has the characteristics of transient response,single input,multiple outputs,process differential,and synchronization in place;The effects of the mechanism parameters on the crank output impact and the transmission efficiency of the mechanism are analyzed;To solve the problem of mutual interference in the process of different output movements and realize multi-output differential movement and synchronous in place,the constraint conditions of angular displacement of the upper crank output and the left crank output are determined.At the same time,by reducing the angular velocity of each crank output in place under the initiating explosive device drive and improving the overall transmission efficiency of the unfolding mechanism as the optimization index,the parameters of the differential unfolding mechanism are optimized by multiple objectives;The dynamic characteristics of the optimized deployment mechanism and the changes of the angular velocity of each crank output are analyzed and solved.The results show that different crank outputs can achieve differential synchronization in place.Compared with the mechanism indexes before and after parameter optimization,the deployment time and energy impact of the optimized mechanism have been significantly improved.A multi-wing transient differential deployment mechanism prototype is built for experimental testing.The output angular velocity of each crank obtained from the experiment is compared with the solution results of the established dynamic model,which verifies the rationality of the dynamic model and the feasibility of the mechanism.
