Energy-saving Oriented Integrated Scheduling of Complex Mechanical Parts Manufacturing and Transportation
In the context of industry 4.0,the integrated green shop scheduling problem of complex mechanical parts processing-transportation-assembly is studied.Taking the completion time,total carbon emissions and grinding fluid consumption as objective functions,an energy-saving oriented integrated scheduling mathematical model for complex mechanical parts production shop is established,so as to optimize the processing sequence,transportation planning and assembly sequence of complex mechanical parts.The improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm,which integrates transportation collision avoidance strategy of path and heuristic strategy of transportation rules is proposed.Adopting the three-stage coding method that integrates process information,machine information and transportation information,new methods in crossover and mutation steps to improve the convergence of the algorithm.Finally,a bearing workshop is taken as an example for experimental design,and also applied with the testing of different data scales,all of which to verity the validity of the proposed model.
