Review for Assembly Performance of Precision Optical Elements Subjected to Adhesive Bonding
Adhesive bonding is a low stress assembly connection method widely used for precision optical elements.With the continuous improvement of the requirements for the accuracy of optical systems,especially in aerospace,aviation,instrumentation and other fields,the adverse effects of adhesive stress on the non-uniform stress distribution,surface accuracy,imaging quality and other assembly performance of precision optical elements have become increasingly prominent and become a research hotspot at home and abroad.The research status and the existing shortcomings of the adhesive assembly of precision optical elements are comprehensively elaborated and analyzed.Firstly,the present forms of adhesive assembly for optical elements are analyzed.On this basis,the formation mechanism and the numerical simulation calculation method of adhesive stress in the adhesive layer are summarized.Then,the formation mechanism of the stress,precision and stability of the adhesive optical elements is discussed.Moreover,optimization methods of process parameters for enhancing the connection reliability and assembly accuracy are introduced.Finally,future research suggestions are put forward for the theoretical and technical studies of precision optical instrument subjected to adhesive bonding.
