摘要
分析了信息化条件下我军装备保障力生成模式要实现的四个转变,在此基础上提出了一种适合时代要求的新型装备保障力生成模式,即基于信息系统的随需自适应型装备保障力生成模式,并深入剖析了其内涵和特点,为推进我军装备保障力生成模式改变提供了理论依据.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the four shifts in the generation mode of equipment support capability under the condition of informationization.On this basis, the authors propose the information system-based generation mode of demand-driven self-adaptable equipment support capability,discuss its connotation and characteristics,and thus provides a possible theoretical reference for the changes in the generation mode of our military's equipment support capability.
