摘要
基于对某内能源转管机枪自动机结构和工作原理的动力学分析,建立自动机的运动微分方程.结合气体动力学与多体系统动力学理论,建立能够准确反映气室内气体参数变化规律的自动机虚拟样机模型,并利用试验数据进行了验证.通过对导气孔的结构参数化,研究导气孔参数对射频及气室压力的影响规律,为自动机设计提供了理论依据.
Abstract
Motion differential equation of Gatling gun automaton is built based on dynamics analysis of automaton' s structure and working principle.Combining gas dynamics and multi-body system dynamics,the virtual prototype model of automaton which can accurately reflecting change rule of gas parameters in gas chamber is built,and the simulation model is verified by test data.Through structure parametric of gas port,the influence of gas port parameters on shooting frequency and gas chamber pressure is studied,which can provide theoretical foundation for automaton design.
