摘要

通过运用环氧树脂对有机硅树脂进行改性,并以此为基体,以纳米级氮化硅、氧化铁和炭黑等为填料,与固化剂T-31组成双组分常温固化黑色涂料.将此涂料与2种市售防腐耐磨涂料所形成的涂层的附着力、耐冲击性、耐高温性和耐盐雾性进行了对比,并对此涂料在不同材质表面形成的涂层进行了测试,结果表明涂层的防腐性能和耐磨性能较好,涂层在不同材质测试试片的最大磨耗量均未超过0.040 g.

Abstract

This paper discusses the coating solidified at room temperature,which uses silicone modified epoxy resin as carrier and nanoscale Si3 N4 ,nanoscale Fe2 O 3 and nanoscale carbon black as fillings and T-31 as firming agents.The coat is then contrasted with the other two kinds of anticorrosive and hard-wearing coat in terms of adhesive force, impact resistance, high-temperature resistance and salt-spray resistance.The coat is also tested on the different material surfaces.The results of the study on the ability of the coating show that the anticorrosive properties and the wear resistance of the coating are excellent and the abrasive weight on different material surfaces does not exceed 0.040g.
