摘要

针对目前航材供应保障资金不足、航材供应商的选择难以抉择的问题,建立了TOPSIS-灰色关联度综合评价模型,并利用熵值法确定评价指标的客观权重.该方法综合吸收了TOPSIS和灰色关联度评价的优点,并且能够根据实际情况灵活应用TOPSIS和灰色关联度模型.通过对航材供应商实例验证,评估结果更合理、可信度更高,该方法为航材供应商的选择提供了一种新方式.

Abstract

To solve the problems of shortage of fund for aircraft material supply and difficulty in selecting suppliers,the authors establish a comprehensive evaluation model based on TOPSISgray relational degree,and determine the objective weights of evaluation indexes by using entropy method.This method comprehensively includes the advantages of TOPSIS and gray relational degree evaluation,and can be flexibly applied against actual conditions.The example of aircraft material suppliers has proved that this method is more reasonable and credible and provides a new way for the selection of aircraft material suppliers.
