摘要

针对弹药航空军事运输装卸载保障过程中存在的风险问题,基于航空军事运输装卸载保障理论与实际构建了弹药的航空军事运输装卸载保障风险评价指标体系.采用熵权和AHP结合的方法确定评价指标的组合权重,针列各级指标的不确定性和随机性,利用正态云模型确定评价指标的隶属度,构造了基于熵权-云模型的弹药航空军事运输装卸载保障风险模糊综合评价模型,最大限度地兼顾了指标的主观性和客观性,探索了航空军事运输装卸载保障风险评价的新途径.最后,通过实例对模型的有效性和实用性进行了验证.

Abstract

Aiming at the risk in the process of loading and unloading ammunition in military air transportation support,the risk evaluation index system is built based on the theory of military air transportation loading and unloading support.By using the method of combining entropy and AHP,the combination weight is ensured.For the uncertainty and randomness of the index,the membership degree of every index is ensured based on the normal cloud model.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of ammunition military air transportation loading and unloading support based on Entropy-Cloud Model is built,with the maximum balance of subjectivity and objectivity,and the new way of risk evaluation about military air transportation loading and unloading support is explored.Finally,the validity and practicality of the model are tested and verified in a case study.
