摘要

空中目标威胁评估是末端防御武器系统作战指挥的重要环节.在多目标决策的理论基础上,综合变权原理和逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS),提出了基于惩罚与激励变权和TOPSIS的空中目标威胁评估方法.首先,建立了空中目标威胁评估指标体系,确定了各威胁属性隶属度函数;其次,运用变权原理确定了各评估指标权重,运用TOPSIS对空中目标进行了威胁排序;最后,结合实例分析了惩罚与激励变权在解决多目标决策问题中的优势,验证了该评估方法的有效性和可靠性.

Abstract

The air target threat evaluation is an important link in the operations command of terminal defense weapon systems.On the basis of the multi-target decision theory and by use of variable weights and TOPSIS,the authors present the air target threat evaluation based on punishment and encouragement variable weights and TOPSIS.First,the function of the evaluation property is determined and the air target threat evaluation index system is built.Second,the index weight using variable weights theory is determined and the order of the air target threatening using TOPSIS is decided.Finally,the advantages of the variable weights in making multi-target decision are discussed,and the validity and reliability of this method is verified.
